At DEOC Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
